Most Shop orders are shipped through USPS or UPS with 2-3 business days. Subscription orders ship around the 5th of each month. You will receive an email from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage has been found, please email pictures to Jessica@ActliveLife (dot) com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier for your shipment.
