A Bright, Zesty Salsa Perfect for Tacos and More
This quick & easy salsa is a mouth-watering addition to just about any chicken, turkey, and fish dish. You’ll love it on fish tacos!
The only prep it takes is dicing the veggies and fruits.
🥝Kiwi Salsa 🥝
(makes 6 servings)
- 4 kiwis, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced & seeded
- ½ yellow bell pepper, seeded & diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Dash of your favorite hot sauce (to taste)
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Taste and adjust seasonings. DELICIOUS.
